How the price is calculated?
At the top on the right side you will find the upload mode button. Upload your file in .DXF format, exported from CorelDraw. At the moment it is the only valid file format we support. If you don't have it, contact us here.
I don't have a file because I don't use editing programs. What can I do?
You can use our Input mode section to place the text you prefer in any of our available fonts or you can contact us if you want a specific font.
Are shipping costs included in the price?
Yes. Shipping costs are included in the final price for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Postage is not included for the Canary Islands.
Is VAT included or does it have to be calculated separately?
VAT is not included in our prices, it will be added at check-out (except for the Canary Islands).

How long takes the shipping?
Depending on the model we have different delivery times.
· For the models Z0012YB-5- ZC0051Y-1: in 7-10 working days
· For Neón Flex 07 y 2000PVC: It depends on the urgency. It can be as soon as 2-4 working days if you need it or its regular delivery of 7-10 working days.
· Other models: 10-15 working days.

Where is Signs Plaza located?
Our company is located at Calle Rubens 16, in the Polígono de Rabasa, Alicante- Spain.
Where are the signs made?
We have a factory at our headquarters in Alicante, as well as in Asia. Therefore, some labels may vary their delivery time.

How to install?
The letters come individually, which means that with the help of the installation template you must make the corresponding holes for the screws and the cable outlet, to later anchor them to the surface. In the case of not having an installation template, the process of placing them in the correct position must be done manually.
Our letters work at 12V so they require a transformer. You will find the negative and positive output of each letter, as well as the 220-240V input indicated on it.
If you need advice, contact customer service before purchasing your letters.
No, it depends on the model. If you need the back to open, you need to talk to customer service before confirming your purchase.
Difference between PVC backing/ screws?
We have some letters whose back can be made of PVC or only with screws. PVC backing means it has a back cover. This type of mounting works well if you need to remove the PVC to mount it first and then screw the sides of the letter to the PVC.
If you like the simplest things, the rear with screws is a good option. It is a hollow letter at its base and with the fastening studs ready to be fixed to a wall or metal plate.
The letters that I want to put in my business are going to be near the sea. Do I have to indicate it?
Yes always. It is important for us to know where the letters go. If the signs are going to be mounted near the sea, it is best that the stainless steel has a more resistant alloy such as 316, and they have a higher cost. Contact us if this is your situation.
How long are the cables? / And the screws?
The individual wiring of the letters has approximately 20cm. The screws will normally be around 4cm. If you need any of these 2 to be different, contact customer service before placing your order, since sometimes these modifications carry an extra charge.
Is the indoor transformer suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, as long as the transformer has some type of external protection (such as a recordable box) against environmental conditions (rain, snow, extreme heat, etc.) or is inside the premises, even if the letters are outside.
How long is the manufacturing time for illuminated letters?
Depending on the model:
· Models Z0012YB-5/ ZC0051Y-1: 7-8 working days
· All the other models: 10-15 working days

What is included?
It depends on the model we send you:
· Models Z0012YB-5/ ZC0051Y-1/ 2000PVC/2100PVCM/ 2021M/ 2016M It comes without screws, fixing or physical mounting template.
· The rest of the models come with the mounting template and the respective screws.

The LEDs have a lifetime of almost 30.000 – 40.000hrs

INSTALL YOUR LETTERS EASILY!
The assembly of the steel blind letters comes with screws or PVC at the base. Perspex letters and cutout PVC letters do not come with mounting type.
What comes in my package?
Depending on the model we send to you:
· Model 2000PVC/2100PVCM/ 2021M/ 2016M It comes without screws and without fixing.
· The 2001B steel models come with screws and fixing type of PVC or studs.
How long is the manufacturing time for non-illuminated letters?
Depending on the models:
· Model 2001B /2021M/ 2016M: 10-15 working days
· Models 2000PVC/2100PVCM: It depends on the urgency. They are usually 7-10 business days.
NEON FLEX AND LAUNDRY
What type of neon do you sell?
We currently have two types of neon:
· Neón FLEX LED 07: Made with silicone rubber and a milled methacrylate base.
· Laundry Neon: Made in special molds for resin and with a methacrylate base manufactured in a 3D machine.
What is the minimum size to make a letter in neon flex?

If my neon goes for an exterior façade, is it waterproof?
Yes, but you have to indicate it in the type of use when you select the specifications for your flex neon or cast neon.
I have seen neons blinking with different lights. What is this process called? do you?
This lighting method is RGB type. We do not have it available at the moment, we hope to have it soon!
How is it connected to the current?
We have two types of current connections:
· Traditional method: The neon cables would come with two outlets. One for the positive charge and one for the negative charge. These cables will have to be connected to the transformer in the same way: positive-positive, negative-negative. Also adding that the 220-240V current input must be connected.
· With Jack-type cable: The Jack-type cable greatly solves the installation, since you only have to connect the transformer directly to the current (such as a lamp or a mobile) and then to the neon, it is very simple.
What manufacturing times are there?
· For the neón de colada: 15-20 working days
· For the neón Flex LED 07: It depends on the urgency.
The minimum delivery time is 2-4 working days. There are also terms of 3-7 of 7-10 working days.
What colors are disponible?
What is the difference between a rectangular based neon and a silhouette based neon?
The flex led neon based on silhouette externally runs through the points closest to the given design, forming a silhouette of it.
In the rectangular case, the neon design is centered and a rectangle/square shaped methacrylate base is cut, depending on the design.
What kind of base is there for neon flex? Only methacrylate?
